Floodwaters are rising in Manitowoc County after heavy rain. The Herald Times Reporter is asking readers to share photos, videos and reports.

Never walk in flooded roads. Just six inches of fast-moving water can knock over an adult. Rivers in central, northeast, and east-central Wisconsin remain at or above flood stage, according to the National Weather Service in Green Bay. Additionally, there are numerous reports of urban and small stream flooding, with several road closures.

FOX 11 is on Severe Weather Coverage, with storms developing that are expected to move across Northeast Wisconsin Monday evening.
