In 1915 the J. I. Case Company introduced their first small gas powered tractor. This model was the three wheeled 10-20 which was powered by a four-cylinder vertical engine and weighed in at 5,080 pounds. The 10-20 had a unique design with a cross mounted engine and a large right rear drive wheel. The design made it difficult to see the front wheel, so an arrow was added on top to aid the driver. A handy tractor, and we had a beautiful spring day to visit with collectors from the Central Kentucky Antique Machinery Show. They have a big show coming up this summer, featuring Ford.
