Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Assistant Commandant Simran Bala scripted history by becoming the first ever woman to command an all-male continent at the 77th Republic Day Parade at Kartavya Path in New Delhi on Monday. Assistant Commandant Bala led the 147-personnel marching unit of the paramilitary force. The 26-year-old officer from Rajouri in Jammu and Kashmir is also the first woman from the district to join the CRPF as an officer. Though there have been instances of woman officers lea
